Idaho Tree Preservation

Idaho Tree Preservation is the gold standard for tree care. Kevin and his crew were on time, worked carefully and cleaned up thoroughly. ITP has been caring for my trees since 2015. Every person I have met who is associated with ITP has been polite, knowledgeable and conscientious. This time was special in that, upon starting work on my Autumn Blaze Maple, they discovered an owl perched in the tree. Work stopped on that tree for now leaving the owl 🦉 undisturbed.

We have used Idaho Tree Preservation for years, for our many large trees, and are very happy with their knowledge and expertise. And, we are happy with their good communication and ethical standards. They don't "hack and cut" just to produce noticeable results. We think their treatments, trimming, and advice have resulted in major improvements over a several year period in our extensive shade canopy. My beautiful 24-year-old flowering crabapple tree needed major pruning. I’d been told that Idaho Tree Preservation did a great job, so I contacted them. I talked with Nikki (who first arranged for Heather to do an assessment and then scheduled Kevin and Ryan to do the work). Everyone was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. My tree looks amazing – the branches have been lifted away from the roof, trimmed back from hanging into my neighbor’s backyard, and the overall re-shaping makes it look so much better. I lost a beautiful 40 year old Scotch Pine to borers last summer. I have four other 80’ tall Scotch Pines I wanted to save. Idaho Tree Preservation was recommended to me by my realtor. They treated my trees with a systemic solution in April. The trees have thrived through the summer. The company followed up last week to ensure all was well with the administered treatment. The ITP team has taken care of our trees for many years. Our trees are healthy and our 60+ year old sycamore is the best looking in the neighborhood. Good communication and the arborists are all highly trained.
