I have had them do work multiple times. Excellent service. Great pricing. Amazing work! They know how to run their business and take care of their customers. So much so.....that they contacted their competition for me to find someone else to do the work when I had an urgent (same day) request that they could not fulfill. That is the type of customer care that is good for the community and good for their business. Can't recommend them enough!!!

I wanted to give them 5 stars like they asked for but ultimately I wouldn't recommend them. After hurricane helene a tree limbs took down our fence. Desperate to get it back up to keep our animals in we went with the first company that got back to us. The tree and debree were supposed to be hulled away but we're instead were left in our yard for the city to pick up which luckily they did. My husband cut all the branches off just leaving the trunk for them to cut. Basically for $3000 they cut up a large tree branch and left it in our front yard. The whole process took less than 2 hours. Personally I think we were taken advantage and now that I've heard from some other tree companies we were extremely over charged for half the job we paid for. Also we live less than 1 minute from the current pinellas park tree dump site so they wouldn't have even had to go to the actual dump. All the branches my husband used a chainsaw to cut. Just the large oak was cut down. That was left in the front of the house. We were called and berated by the owner after we left a negative review. He said it was high since it was an "emergency call." He originally said he would try to get us on saturday and if his other job ran late, sunday. We called on sunday and he told us he didn't work on sunday so they came on monday. Which was fine, but i wouldn't call that an emergency call if you show up a couple of days after. He was trying to justify the price. We were offered $500 back since he didn't actually remove the debree( or do most on the contract) repeating he's not "into that kind of business" My husband did decline just put all this behind him and also had to block him.

Logan and Zach did an amazing job cleaning up our large oak tree in the back yard! Very professional, cleaned everything up, expert skills navigating our back yard, and reasonable pricing. They were very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fair and reliable tree service

They are great at killing trees. If you're looking to remove a tree, they do that well. We had them remove a tree that was leaning towards our neighbors' roof, and they did a great job on that at a great price. Five stars for that. We also asked them to move a smaller tree for us and that was a one-star experience. They quoted $100-300. But the plans for moving the tree kept changing. Originally they planned to trim the tree, then come back maybe a couple weeks later to move it. Then they decided to not trim it and just dig it up and move it with the skid loader the same day as they removed the other tree. Then they decided to just dig it out by hand and move it manually. After they moved it and charged $300, the guy directing things said they did the best they could. One of us overheard him criticizing the younger guys saying they cut the rootball too small. They had cut a 3ft rootball for a tree with a 20ft branch span. We watered it every day for hours for months. One branch survived. The rest was so dead I was able to just snap off the other limbs of the tree.
