Higher Ground Tree Care

I really appreciated the customer service and price at Higher Ground. I completely recommend them. I had 9 separate tree companies give estimates for removing our tree. Higher Ground paired with another company for the lowest estimate. I tried the other company. The owner never called me back and waffled continually on when the removal would happen. I gave up and contacted Higher Ground. Their communication was fantastic and consistent. When the tree was removed we were a bit disappointed from the lawn depressions caused by the tree. We hadn't expected that. The same day I communicated my concerns to them, they responded and even sent out the manager who oversaw the tree removal. I initially had given a 3 star rating. Their customer service in response to my rating bumps them up to a 5. Definitely use them.

The Higher Ground Tree Care team exceeded my expectations! They responded promptly to my inquiry (within 24 hours) and scheduled the work quickly. The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently, leaving my yard spotless after they finished. They were also excellent communicators, keeping me informed throughout the process with emails. Great Business. This time I picked up firewood, but in the past they did some tree removal for me.

HIGHER GROUND TREE CARE is the absolute best tree service in the area! They removed a 110 yr old silver maple -- hanging over and nestled in among nearby houses -- in a small courtyard area. I had higher ground come out today to cut a large tree from my property as well as a few other ones. They did a wonderful job from start to finish.
