HartWood Tree Care

We had two trees removed and one was behind our shed. The crew got on site on time, cut down the trees and cleaned up. The crew was helpful with my questions and responded professionally. They came a couple of days later, for the stump grinding process and cleaned up. The whole process was flawless. We could have saved a few dollars by using another company, but I am very happy I chose to go with HartWood. Keep up the good work.

From the first call to follow through after HartWood has been amazing! We had an electrical wire that needed to come down to complete service and they handled everything for us! Wonderful communication and the arborists that came to take down our tree were wonderful! We have a newborn and when I was bringing her out to our vehicle they notified each other and all of the cutting stopped until I got her into the car. That is amazing service if you ask me! Would recommend them to anyone!

We’ve been with Hartwood Tree Care for a couple of years now and couldn’t be happier with the service and care we’ve received. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft. Most recently, Michael and Aaron came out to raise the canopy on two of our trees. Their attention to both tree health and aesthetics was greatly appreciated, and they left everything spotless when the work was done. From Nick, the owner, to Tanzie in customer service, the entire team has made every interaction a positive one. It’s reassuring to know we have a company we can count on that cares about our trees as much as we do.

Tanzi and her team were awesome! We had a tree fall on our shed and it went all the way through. They showed up the same day, we called and gave us an estimate. Then we scheduled a time for them to come back and do the tree removal and disposal.the team showed up on time, and got the job done- even while having to deal with some yellow jackets that had been disturbed when the tree fell. They were easy to work with from start to finish! Would highly recommend them!

Hartwood was very professional and responsive to all the questions I had. Tree removal was done quickly, safely, and with great care for surrounding obstacles. I feel like the price was fair for the equipment and cleanup needed to remove a large tree.
