A family owned operation, Alex and Cara were professional from the first phone call. As we planned a large tree removal, old stump removal/grind, and some tricky trimming of branches hanging over our deck and house (all large, tall oaks), calls and texts were clear and prompt. From the walk through for the estimate to service day, Alex and his team were prompt to the minute. The quote was very competitive; we did not need an arborist (and the associated premium) for this job. Care was taken to avoid a structure, camellia trees, our fence, home and septic and they even managed to work around a small new magnolia that was right in the middle of the action (I’d forgotten to move it). The tree climber/bucket operator was efficient and clearly skilled. The team left our property clean and they smoothed out the tracks that were inevitable because of recent rain. Alex even provided some valuable tips to help me manage a wild grapevine that’s taking over a fence. We would definitely hire Hampton’s again!

Had a great experience!! Called and he was at my house within 10 minutes. Back within a week to complete the work and they were all incredibly compassionate when 3 baby northern striders were discovered in the tree. They all survived and were transported to the wildlife sanctuary.

Alex and his crew did a great job taking down a large maple and my neighbor's gum ball tree on the same day. They showed up as scheduled and worked very efficiently and safely. Every step was professional. The elimination of the roots and clean-up was more than I expected when we discussed the work. The yard looked amazing.
