This company did an excellent job trimming our huge tree. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They handled everything safely and left our yard spotless. Our tree looks so much healthier and better shaped now. Highly recommend their services!

Halls Tree Service provided exceptional care for my Crape Myrtle, which was suffering from bark scale. Alex arrived on time and demonstrated impressive knowledge about tree treatment. He took the time to explain the entire process clearly, ensuring I understood how to care for my tree moving forward. I appreciate the professionalism and expertise displayed by the team. We will be using them again for our tree services. Highly recommend their services for anyone in need of tree care!

We had Hall's Tree Service come out twice to clear sections in our backyard so we can make room for a playset & shed. Couldn't be more happy with the communication & service. Top notch quality with both the work done & crew, highly recommend for any of your tree service needs.

If I could give Hall's 10 stars I would! I had two very old, large, dead trees (one over 200 years old). Alex and his crew accepted the challenge and rocked it! Both trees were strategically cut down utilizing multiple methods, hauled away and stumps grinded. The amount of detail the crew paid to ensure that every single branch of the trees were lowered in a controlled manner definitely took the stress off of me. The larger of the two trees was in a very tight spot with four houses/ sheds/patios/yards all very close together creating the perfect storm for someone to have to file an insurance claim. Not one thing noted to be damaged though!!!! The communication was great with me as a customer, but also amongst the crew members. Alex was very clear with his commands during each operation and would ensure all the crew members knew exactly what they were doing. I even heard him giving positive feedback to the crew members and telling them they "did a good job on that one". This is so rare yet I appreciate it so much! I am very big on safety precautions and I feel like this crew would make even OSHA happy. The interaction the crew had with my neighbors and respect they showed ensuring everything was cleaned up from multiple yards each day was stellar! My only complaint is that I was so intrigued by their operation, I spent HOURS watching them instead of doing work! I highly recommend Hall's Tree Service!!!!

Thank you. 6/25/24: Hall's Tree reached back out to me after posting my review and we're discussing options. - Appears there were miscommunications and/or misunderstandings about the hickory tree (both before and after the work was done). Hopefully the tree will be fine. - The owner was initially responsive about my driveway but didn't reply to my emails after the first day which was concerning to me. According to my video cameras, the stains are a mix of gas and oil (damages asphalt). Since he reached back out today, I hope that this can be resolved now. 6/25/24: Original review (slightly edited to reduce length): I had work completed on 6/20/24. 1. Thin canopy of large tree: 3/5 This was the main reason I contacted Hall's, but I wish I'd left this tree alone. Before and after photos posted. 2. Small tree removal: 5/5 This was a small tree that I had considered removing myself but I decided to have it removed at the same time as the hickory was thinned to save myself some work. The stump that was left behind is quite a bit taller than I would've left so I still need to cut that down. 3. Care of asphalt driveway: 1/5 Wish they had not poured gas/lubricants into equipment while on my 2.5 year old driveway that was sealed 7 months ago. This resulted in gas/oil stains that I spent many hours trying to clean. I will have the asphalt company advise how to proceed. (Note: Hall's Tree Service has stopped responding to my emails. I will be happy to work with them if they want to follow up on this issue.) Photo is from today (5 days after work), after sweeping up kitty litter.
