Ground to crown tree care

Our kitten, Blue, got out of the house and climbed over 60 feet up a tree, terrified and unable to come down. We tried everything—including having a friend attempt the climb—but nothing worked. We were absolutely beside ourselves. That’s when I found Zach’s number online, and though I initially hesitated to reach out, Zach called me back within seconds. From the very first moment, Zach was a total professional and an amazing human being. He reassured me, saying he’s a cat person himself, and asked for photos and videos of the situation. After reviewing them, he confidently told us, “No problem, I’ll be there first thing in the morning.” Sure enough, Zach arrived as promised and went straight to work. Watching him scale that 60-foot tree with such ease was honestly one of the most impressive things I’ve ever seen. Even other tree professionals who had stopped by stayed to watch him in action—they couldn’t believe how skilled he was. Zach’s preparation and confidence were unmatched. He even had cat treats in every pocket to keep Blue calm. True to his word, he “talked” to our cat and safely brought him down like it was no big deal. What sets Zach apart isn’t just his incredible skill; it’s his kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for what he does. We weren’t sure if we needed a large limb removed or the whole tree before a pool install, as we’ve had problems with this tree in the past. He showed up exactly when he said he would to give us his recommendation & we all agreed the tree needed to come down. He came back exactly when he said he would, communication was top notch! He took down the tree & cleaned up the mess. Would definitely recommend him going forward to anyone! We were very impressed with the work & customer service he shown.

Zach has been a great investment to our company from the CPR first aid training to the aerial rescue class he did for our company. We have a beautiful 150-year-old red oak, which started showing dead branches. Contacting UT Extension lead us to this certified arborist, who came to evaluate the tree. This included him tree climbing, from where he brought down samples to show me his findings. He explained everything in layman's terms and proposed removal of the dead limbs. He sent a quote for that, which I felt was very reasonable, and then came on time, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up very neatly before he left us with a landmark tree that once again is a joy to look at. Zack if very knowledgeable. He and his crew were on time, cleaned the debris from the yard, and blew the debris off the road. I couldn’t be any more pleased. Highly recommend!! They had to come back the next day to grind the stumps.
