What a great experience we had with Green Valley Tree! Our tree problem was a big one, complicated by difficult access, a fence, and two enormous tangled trees! The work was all done carefully and neatly. Communication was excellent! Josh is really knowledgeable about tree health and is focused on helping customers take care of trees as well as removing trees when needed. Chris did a super job with climbing and cabling. This was the highest level of quality and professionalism that we have seen in the tree service industry throughout our 30 years of home owning.

My home is now safe from the mistgevious trees that were starting to fall apart. Hands down, AMAZING, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I can't say enough about these people. Sarah (I think that's her name) who took my call and help me figure out why I couldn't sign the documents via email, such a nice lady. We even joked and had some laughs. Wonderful customer service!!! To the owner and the crew, you guys are were awesome!!! My son and I enjoyed watching you guys work. You all made it look so easy and you guys just buckled down and kept working through the rain. I'm happy the rain held off for you most of the day for you. Neat, clean, respectable, hard working, listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions. Beyond professional. I will absolutely recommend you to anyone. Also, thank you for saving the red hook that was in tree from our Christmas lights 😁 We appreciate all of you. Thank you so much!!!

Green Valley has the best equipment for getting to out of reach places in your yard. Our maple tree was huge and although it was healthy, we had to remove it for solar panels. They have a bucket truck and a giant crane-claw that saws the tree and grabs it. It’s amazing to watch this team of professionals. They cleaned up and were a pleasure to have in our yard for the day. Excellent work and zero complaints. They even blew the sawdust off the solar panels. Thank you 🙏 🌳 💪🏼

Green Valley Tree removed 3 trees from a very difficult place in my back yard........2 of them were beyond dead. They had to use a crane and remove the trees over my house due to a fenced in back yard. The team was very professional and courteous from the minute they arrived on site. While removing a branch from one of the dead trees, another branch fell and damaged the roof of my house. Their response was immediate - first to make sure I was okay and then calls for backup to make sure the area that was damaged was secure. In spite of the mishap of the fallen branch, I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

Everything about Green Valley is top-notch from getting a quote, to scheduling, to performing the work, to clean up. They have the right equipment for difficult reaches and take the initiative to figure out quirky locations. This is the second time I’ve used Green Valley and they will continue to do any work on my property that is needed.I would highly recommend this organized and skilled group of professional's.
