Green-Pro Arborist

I signed a contract with Green Pro Arborist to remove one Oak tree in my front yard and grind the stump. The contract stated: “Grind 1 large oak tree stump down 6 to 8 inches below grade, rake grindings level and leave on site.” Andrew’s grinder was “in the shop” the day his crew removed the tree and he said he would be back the following week to grind the stump. I paid him in full, in good faith, for the job even though it wasn’t complete. The following week he returned, ground the stump down, and left an approximately 3-feet high by 7-feet long mound of grindings on the lawn between the sidewalk and the street. When I questioned him, he responded: “yea that was a ton of grinding you had there….” and the only help he offered to me was to charge me more than the stump grinding cost originally to come and remove the mound of grindings. In my opinion, Green Pro Arborist did not fulfill their contract, the stump grindings were NOT raked level, I was left with a mountain of grindings on my lawn and had to make other arrangements to remove it. UPDATE: In addition to the above-mentioned dispute, the sprinkler head located near the tree stump was also ground and left in the pile of grindings. To make matters worse, I was not informed, I had to find it myself. Finally, despite the owner's comments, he did not fulfill the contract by raking the grindings level.

Andrew and his team arrived on time, and worked quickly and safely on my trees. End result came out great. Appreciate being able to discuss a few tree questions about tree care as the team got organized for the morning. Great job, thanks!

We are thrilled with the results of having Green Pro Arborist remove the trees from our front yard. They were pleasant and friendly. They got the job done in a timely and safe manner. The yard and driveway and streeti are SO CLEAN!! No more trees falling on our cars! Pricing was reasonable.

A week ago a large branch of one of our oak trees broke off. Andrew came within a few hours of contacting him to give us an estimate and a date to take the tree down was scheduled after we were given a couple of options to take. They arrived yesterday, when scheduled, worked diligently all day and definitely knew what they were doing. They brought their chipping machine for the branches and a trailer to haul the larger limbs. They worked methodically and did not leave until the job was completed. They cleared up as they went along and did not leave a mess and all were polite and friendly. We decided not to grind the stump, just had it cut down real low as we have other plans for it. We would highly recommend this company for any of your tree work and will definitely be using them again as necessary. Great job Green Pro!!!

Sean and Drew did an amazing Job on our lot. We had over 25 trees that needed to be cut down and hauled away and GreenPro was able to do it in 2 days. Easy guys to work for and fair, honest pricing!!
