We are very pleased with the excellent job done on our large olive tree. The team worked efficiently and completed the trimming in about four hours. They were careful to cover and protect the bushes around the tree, and when the work was done, the area was left clean. The price was fair. We would definitely recommend their services and will be happy to call them again in the future!
Didn’t even get a chance to use Green Leaf because their customer service is terrible. I was supposed to have an estimator come to the property between 10-11am on a Saturday. It was confirmed via email, but the day of no one showed up. I called multiple times and emailed. Finally I spoke to Joseph at 11:30am and he told me, “I don’t know why no one informed you, my estimator had something else come up and wasn’t going to make it at your scheduled time. Can he come at 1pm?” No! I had things to do. I asked if they could come at 4pm and he said No because they’re off at 6pm. Doesn’t make sense. Rescheduled to the following Saturday, but canceled because I found a much better company: 3-D Tree Services, they answered the phone immediately and had an estimator out to me within 30min that same day! Then Joseph leaves me a voicemail saying that the appt wasn’t on his schedule anymore and asking if I cancelled. Clearly they don’t communicate with customers or within the company to each other. Don’t waste your time with Green Leaf or Joseph. Talk to Robert at 3-D Tree Services.
We've used Green Leaf for several years in order to trim our trees and brush to meet fire restrictions. They've always been professional, on-time and do a great job at a reasonable price. They also provide a discount for military and veterans which isn't advertised and much appreciated. Highly recommend Green Leaf for tree trimming and brush clearing.
I desperately needed a company to trim a tall Mexican fan palm at a house in central LA that I had recently purchased after a long and painful search. My new next door neighbor told me to cut down the tree as it was "dangerously" dropping fronds on his backyard. After consulting with my lawyer, real estate agent, and friends, I decided that regular pruning would solve the problem. My lawyer suggested I use Green Leaf Zone, and I am so pleased I did, The company is bonded and insured (number 1 priority), reasonably priced (number 2) and was able to do the job within a couple of days (number 3). They were terrific. The manager, Mr. Abel, was efficient and very helpful. He came the day I called (a Saturday) to check out the situation. We discussed different options about how much to trim - medium or crew cut. I chose less removal. Two days later a crew of three guys appeared right on time. The one who climbed the tree was incredible. He has been doing it since he was a teenager and clearly loved his work. (You can see him up the tree in the attached photo.) The others cleared the cut fronds. The job was quickly and expertly done. And best of all, my neighbor is as happy with the result as I am. I highly recommend Green Leaf Zone. I will use them every year from now on.
Hey Google.! How can I give 100 stars for this company? My project was massive (30K sqft yard) and messive (> 15 yrs of untreated trees). The process started a very thorough inspection (Abel and Robin came more than 3 times to assess the project and explained). Due to the project size, I got a few other companies' quotations. Green leaf was very competitive. I chose Green leaf because of their professionalism and safety measures. On the day of the fight, SO MANY CREWS showed up (around 20 guys). 4 climbers cut the trees and the others did the cleaning works on ground. It is an Army operation..! Beautiful.. They finished that huge project in 3 days ( I am positive other companies will take at least a week if you are lucky). Oh. I have to mention that they came back a few days later to clean up my neighbor's yard. These guys are serious and Big league PRO.
