We had Scott with Great Scott's come to our home to clean out and do maintenance on our dryer vent. He was amazing. He not only cleaned out the vent, something that was badly needed, but he also determined our dryer is not heating up properly so we will check on that. He was awesome. We truly appreciate everything he did and will reach out again as needed. We are very pleased, and highly recommend. Thank you Scott!

Scott is incredible. He made time the same day as my initial call to clear a dryer vent blockage that’d driven me nuts for a year at a fair price. He delivered an incredible end result even cleaning up lint stuck to the floor (above and beyond). Our connection hose was punctured and completely detached, he replaced it and we’re off to the races. Highly recommend for any of his specialized services, having him back out for a stump in the very near future.

Highly recommend Scott. Responded quickly to my request to quote having some smallish stumps removed and by the next morning everything was done and cleaned up. Great Scott's Residential Services was incredibly professional from the first phone call to the final clean up. They were able to fit me in, day of, for a dryer vent clean out after our dryer stopped heating. They arrived on time, and explained everything clearly. The problem was more complex than we originally thought and although he wasn’t able to fully fix it himself, he gave us all of the information on how to do so and set us up with the best solution.
