These guys showed up on time with a crew of four and a two man crane crew and removed a huge pine tree in my back deck which they had to lift over my house. They were very efficient and worked hard. Clean up was great and very happy to get this giant tree removed. Well done, couldn’t be happier

I hired Grace tree service to remove two trees in my front yard in Coeur d’Alene Idaho, paying over $3000 for the service. The sales representative / alleged “GM” Devin did not inform us that they were locust trees and would require removal of the root system or treatment of the root system to fully kill plants. Due to this, our yard two years later has erupted with hundreds of locust tree sprouts. Although the office attendant was very kinda and polite when I called to explain the situation, when Devon called me back to discuss the issue, he was beyond rude — he was absolutely insulting and literally blamed me for “extortion.” I simply gave him three different choices as fair resolutions to the situation, including 1) to come over and identify solutions to fix the problem (so that I could resolve it), 2) to take responsibility and finish the job and remove the plants as I believe I paid them to do, or 3) if they aren’t interested in any follow up, I would simply leave a review of my experience. During the short 3 minute call, I accidentally used the term brother while trying to find common ground after being blamed for extortion, given that they are a Christian faith based company, and apparently that was beyond insulting to Devon as he went off on me. Never in my life have I had a company representative insult me the way that Devin did for simply using a term like brother to try and find common ground in explaining the complaint. Given that customer education is a very important part of any sales process, I feel that Devon completely missed an educational opportunity to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted in the tree service. Never in 1 million years what I have hired a company to remove trees, thinking that two years later, I would have 1000 sprouting in my yard. This one star review is partially for the very disappointing experience, but more so because of the absolute disgraceful customer service experience that I just received from there, so-called general manager. There is NO GRACE, when it comes to dealing with customer service and a reasonable complaint, for the “General Manager” Devon… This is the last company I would ever call to help me with a tree related service in North Idaho. Tree trimming, tree removal, tree pruning, tree care — call ANYONE else.

My husband I appreciated the excellent work done on the 17th of July. The removal of two dying and diseased trees went without a hitch. The tree in the back yard was next to our new fence and in the middle of a flower garden. They brought in a cherry picker and were able to reach over the fence and safely and carefully remove the tree without damaging the fence or garden. The guys were efficient and hard working...fun to watch...much better than the morning news! They protected cars and house windows when removing the tree in the front yard from possible damage. And, they cleaned up the debris in both areas so well that we couldn't tell anything had been done. Thank you Grace Tree Service and crew!!

OMG, what's a different our overgrown Maple leaf tree in the front yard. Gray's tree service sent three guys with buckets and they trimmed up our big maple leaf tree and they did a wonderful job, these guys are one of the best in the business!! Thank you Grace tree service for excellent excellent work.

We used Grace Tree Services to plant three new trees in our front swale as part of a larger neighborhood initiative. They were quick and efficient on the install and provided information surrounding what tools we should have on hand to ensure the trees thrived. We had a unique experience in that we went out of town for a week about three weeks after our autumn blaze maples were planted and unfortunately it was when a heat wave came through. We had done everything we were supposed to prior to leaving but the trees were barely hanging on by the time we got back and we were devastated. Before we even had a chance to decide what to do next, Grace Tree was in contact about replacing them because they had seen how poorly they were doing. We were blown away by their proactive customer service and how quickly they contacted the nursery and scheduled our replacement. They operate with so much integrity and care; they’re truly an upstanding business and we will more than happily use them again. We are blown away by their customer service!
