Absolutely stellar service from Goodfellers Tree Service! We had a tree fall on our shed and house in the middle of listing it for sale, Goodfellers was the company my insurance company sent out and I'm glad they did. They not only managed to remove the tree without causing damage, stacking it nicely to the side after asking me where I wanted it, they cleaned the yard, removed all sings of debris, and did no damage to the either my or my neighbors yard (which they had to use due to my yard being fenced to get equipment in). They were also very fast in doing so which was a huge plus since we were expecting more storms and could have pushed off the removal for days. The whole crew was very polite and helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough and if I ever had another problem like this I would hope to get the same crew out to take care of it. Highly recommend!

The Goodfellers team recently downed/removed a large, sweet gum tree then thinned the canopy on a large hickory tree for me. Cleanup was tidy and complete. Their estimate was the best of three I obtained.  I plan to utilize their services again in the future and would recommend highly to others.

Absolute BEST tree service - and I live on a 3+ acre property that is mostly trees. The owner - Matt - is not only a veteran (which I always try to use) but a certified arborist. His prices are very fair and his work is outstanding. He knows what trees require removal and when they just need to be topped or thinned. He is very conscious about cleanup which is also a novelty!! If you need anything done with trees - he is your man, and this is your company.

Twice this service blocked a road and was told by the city that he had to pull a permit but refused and mouthed off at the city. The cops came out and then he did it again the very next day. He refused to remove the tree from the property and piled neighbors trees with ours creating a huge pile of trees. Before the job was finished he decided to go on vacation leaving his equipment in our yard along with debris piles. Would not hire again. Very unreliable. We've been trying to reach him and now he doesn't answer his phone or respond. The last picture is he how he left our yard. The city is in the process of filing charges and his trucks are still sitting in my yard along with all the other trees he took down and my insurance actually DID tell them that they would pay for the tree removal. As of date he is being charged $500 a day to store his equipment in the yard and that money is being deducted from his final check for the removal. He also had his daughter on my roof which was highly unstable looking into the roof when I came home.
