Wow! Good guys is an undersdtatement for these guys! We had a large red oak terrorizing our back yard and pool. Jerry came and gave us a very competitive estimate. They were very nice and scheduled the work for time that was convenient for us. Yesterday a large group of guys arrived and took down our large tree in a matter of 2-3 hours. They were super kind to cut and leave an organized pile of fire wood for us. If I could I would leave them a 10 star review. Thank you!!!! Daniel & Coco

I received several quotes from other vendors but Sean Hager sold the deal with his knowledge and expertise. Upon arrival, a crew of “Good Guys” swarmed the property and started to trim/prune our trees with speed and accuracy. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to complete the job including the cleanup. A week prior, our neighbor had a different vendor at his property most of the day. If you’re looking for reasonably priced, efficient, and effective company call the Good Guys.

I had an incredible experience working with Good Guys Tree Service, and appreciate their dedication to keeping the trees in Austin beautiful and healthy. I had quite a few jobs needing urgent care including trimming back a very large front lawn tree branches (particularly away from the roof of the house and lifting up from front lawn), nutrient administration for my struggling Magnolia tree and Cherry blossom tree. I also requested their services to assist with a second property for the front lawn tree trim up low hanging overgrowth branches and again cutting back branches hanging over and touching roof of the property. My arborist, Jose Meza, was knowledgeable of different tree types and their specific needs, and I was grateful to entrust their care to his capable hands! My photos show the trees in different seasons for before and after, because it was explained that pruning is dependant on seasons trees are ready to be trimmed to minimize their harm. Magnolia tree and Cherry blossom are shown much fuller after after photos. The large tree in front is also full and happy. Included photos from second property with white truck in front. Where do I begin? I am so impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail and the skill of the entire Good Guys Tree Service operation. I had requested estimates from the top 3 rated tree services and Evan, by far, took the most care, gathered photos, checked a few things with the home office to ensure we weren’t taking too much of the canopy of our largest and only front yard Live Oak and prepared a detailed written estimate of the project. Included with the estimate was their insurance certificate. In fact, theirs was the only estimate that was professionally prepared and the only company that provided their insurance info. Their estimate was not the lowest, but we have a sizable investment in our yard, including pool equipment under our largest backyard Live Oak, so we went with Good Guys to protect our investment. Their crew did not disappoint! Evan arrived with the crew to ensure all the details were clearly communicated. The crew did an amazing job, cleaned up our property with great care and their crew leader, Alex , walked the property with me to ensure everything was as I expected. They used clean tools, sealed the cuts on our Live Oaks, and did a terrific job raising the canopies, providing roof clearance and removing dead wood from prior freeze damage all while protecting my roof, pool, pool equipment and pergola from any damage. They left my yard even tidier than they found it, which I very much appreciate. If I could give more stars, I would. We will choose Good Guys for all our future arbor work. You should too.

Good Guys Tree Service did an excellent job on my tree maintenance/ removal scope. Started with a thorough & detailed estimate. Thanks to Chassidy Rana for that support. The crew did a great job with my crepe Myrtle tree removal, trimming & hazard pruning of dead branches, etc. The crew were very professional, respectful & quick!
