We were given Gs name by a neighbor who had been happy with their work on some smaller trees. They came out the day after we called. At first we were talking just removing limbs off of a giant tree right behind our house along with limbs on some others. Through our discussions I asked them to be honest if this was their tree and home would they leave it? It was damaging that patio and would have been possibly more of an issue with wind if we had limbs removed. He said honestly I would remove it, we never want to remove a tree we don’t have to but I would for the safety of your home, we will do what you want but if it was my place this is what I would do. They quoted us a competitive price for removal of the one very large tree and very large limbs off two others. They came out to work just a few days later. Crew was super friendly and hardworking. They had to bring out the bucket truck and all the fun gear to get these trees taken care of. Once they started it was like a well oiled machine. We even asked for another tree to be removed once they got out there and they were able to quote us a good price and added it to the work. They left us some wood for our fire pit at our request. At some point our neighbors spoke to the team lead, I believe Jesus, to see if they could remove a few small things in their yard. So while some guys finished in our yard the ones who could be spared went to work on our neighbors. To me that was impressive on the fly organization. When they were done, which was by 3pm! they had us come out to make sure we were happy with the work. I asked for a few items to be cleared up a little better in the lower yard and they promptly did. It rained the day before so the heavy machinery left a bit more mud and debris than we expected, but it has since washed away. We also noticed after the fact some areas of our old chain link fence were damaged, but we didn’t follow up with Gs so that’s on us. The areas where the trees were have started to heal and the trimmed trees we will have to wait to see until spring. Overall we have been happy with the results and feel we made a good choice in companies.
I recently had the pleasure of working with G Professional Tree Service for a tree removal service, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional job they carried out. From the initial consultation to the final clean-up, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Not only were they prompt in responding to my inquiry, but they also offered valuable advice on how to maintain the health of my remaining trees. The crew was courteous and respectful of my property, ensuring minimal disruption and leaving the site clean and tidy upon completion. I wholeheartedly recommend for any tree removal needs. Their outstanding customer service, competitive pricing, and top-notch expertise make them a reliable choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.
Let me tell you that Jesus and his team are prompt, friendly, understanding and most of all they did such an amazing job, 6 huge pine trees, 1 large tree and stumps! It was like clock work, organized and they paid attention to details. I couldn’t have picked a better company, and quite honestly I didn’t even think anyone could be this good! If you want a great job with absolutely no clean up G PROFESSIONAL TREE REMOVAL AND MORE is the place to call! They are 7+ stars and I am very hard to please.
G Professional Tree Service is absolutely fantastic, courteous, and professional. When they showed up for the quote, they were more than prepared with all their business and insurance paperwork in hand and available. This was (at least to us) a pretty big job. Remove one large and four medium trees and one box hedge, trim a holly tree, three Japanese maples (beautiful little trees but I trimmed one wrong and now it doesn't look right - they took care of that too) and trim a large box hedge way back. The price they quoted (and stood behind) was more than reasonable. When it came time for the job, they showed up on time (they started exactly on time!) with all the vehicles and equipment necessary and finished the job in less time than I would have even thought possible. In addition, they ground all 5 stumps down below ground level, removed all the debris and cleaned the entire area. They not only live up to the 'Professional' in their name, G Professional sets the standard to which every business should strive to adhere. Before and after pix as well as equipment pix attached. Sorry, no pic of bucket truck but it was here and more than adequate for the job.
We used this contractor twice because his pricing was competitive. 2 stars because the first time service was fine but the second time we had a terrible experience. The second time he said they'd come between 11 and 1pm. At 1pm I text him what's up. He says meh, it' rained so they're not coming but they'd come the next day. I think to myself, okay, you could have let me know! Same day, several hours later we go on a walk and we come home to several people working in our backyard cutting down the tree. I'm like hello, what's going on here? They just simply let themselves into our backyard without our permission. No text, no call, no communication. Completely unacceptable. I call the contractor and what does he say? The crew was free so they just showed up to do the job! Again, no communication to me and how dare you enter someone's property when they are not home and no permission is given?! Okay, at this point, the tree is cut and they tell me they're going to take a part of the fence down to fit the grinder machine. Fine. I walk away and then next time I look, everybody left and the stomp was still there. Bizarre. Call the contractor again, he says next day they will come back. Fine, I just want to get this done. Next day someone else shows up who has no idea where to take the fence down and communication was hard(language barrier!). This person calls the contractor who clarifies it for him. I ask him the contractor if he'll cover the fence if it's damaged. He gets all upset about it and tells me I can just pay him and leave the job as-is, they're not going to rebuild my fence. I'm like yo, I'm not the one who agreed to grinding out the stomp and when I booked him I specifically sent him a link about which machine would fit through our pedestrian gate. Anyway, fine, we clarified and moved forward. Guy grinds the stomp and leaves us with a ton of wood chips. This part is definitely not his fault but I would have paid extra to haul this away if he had offered (I assume they do this since they can hauled away the tree itself). Fine again. Cherry on top, later that day I notice a spot on the grass that looks "wet" but it didn't dry up. Turns out, some sort of gasoline was dumped from the grinder machine on our grass! What in the world! Now we get to dig up and replace some soil. Terrible. Like I said, pricing is competitive but in hindsight we would go with a different contractor with better communication and quality control.
