Frontline Tree Service

Frontline Tree Service and their entire crew are both friendly and professional. I had several trees taken down today. One gigantic maple located directly between my house and the neighbor and a very large Elm at the front of my driveway. As well as a smaller tree in the back fenced yard. All the trees were in need of removal due to the condition of the trees. Frontline did exactly what I was hoping they would do. Their extra effort protects my house and my neighbor's house from demise due to a tree. Thank you thank you thank you for being fast, on time, very efficient, and flexible with the services. That means so very much to to me.

Professional crew arrived on time and immediately went to work . Continuously cleaning up the site while tree removal continued. Completed the removal of my trees without any issues. All workers were polite, respectful and continued to perform their designated tasked until the job was completed. The weather was quite cold and windy but despite the inclement weather they were determined to satisfy me. Asking several times if I had any questions or concerns. We had a tree go down at our rental property in Kalamazoo, and I called Luke at Frontline for a bid. He was professional, kind, and responsive every time we spoke. Frontline’s bid was one of the most competitive, and unlike others, they didn’t try to overinflate the price in hopes of insurance covering it. Although we ultimately went a different route, Luke followed up to ask how he could improve for future customers, which really impressed me. His communication, professionalism, and genuine desire to serve his customers stood out. We didn’t use Frontline this time, but I would absolutely recommend Luke to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable tree removal company.
