When we scheduled the service, the workers that came to complete the job were very courteous, and professional. They cleaned up all of the debris. I was in a desperate state. The emergency and time constraints that I had were immeasurable. And the reliance of the work performed by town DPW was unfortunate and required. I called friendly tree, they not only understood my whole situation, the work they completed went above and beyond, they were presented with work outside their typical scope, needed to handle and move fragile and incredibly heavy materials, perform the work.. all within with tight time frames (that were only made tighter by the weather). Friendly tree made me feel like I was a priority. The quality of the work they performed was above and beyond. They put a great deal of effort into the finished product and even repaired and added to the ineffective “work” the town DPW completed. The price was ridiculously REASONABLE. This whole experience was only easy because of the care given and work performed by friendly tree. I’m incredibly thankful to them.

We’ve used friendly tree a few times for various tree maintenance needs around our property, but recently we had them come and remove an old dead tree, as well as trim up a big multistem birch that was growing over our house and our neighbors driveway. They also sourced and planted a new tree for us to replace the one that needed to be removed. Over all it was a very quick and smooth process. Everyone on the team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the price was very fair for the scope of the work we needed done. We will call them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for help with their trees.

After an emergency situation I was able to lock in a FTS appointment. Service was prompt and professional. They handled the permit and clean up, although pricing could have been more transparent. An additional budget was required to remove the trunk and there was a surcharge to pay using a credit card.
