Foothill Tree Service

I had Foothill Tree Service cut down an 80 foot tall oak tree in my backyard after their arborist (and another independent arborist) told me the tree was dying. Part of the tree was over my house and part over my pool. They were able to bring those portions down with ease without disturbing the house or pool. They cut all of the tree into 16" rounds and cleaned up all of the brush and debris. The crew was personable and professional. Great combination. I would highly recommend Foothill Tree Service for future tree work.

Post New Year's storm damage and I had over 60 feet of pine tree laying out in my yard, branches down, a tree from the neighbor's house on my fence :-(. Foothill was very responsive. Came to do an estimate and thorough walk around and I was feeling very confident my yard would be back to "normal" quickly. The work crew contact could have been better, but I am giving them a lot of grace for having way too much to get handled during a brief break in the weather. The crew could have done a better job of cleaning up and being orderly, but again, weather was driving speed and function over ascetics and top-drawer customer care. The final contact with Ryan for stump grinding was great. He took a MEH situation and turned it around to a YAY! He definitely went above and beyond. Overall, a good job, and I will definitely call on them again when I need an estimate for tree work.

Offered free estimate. Making appointment was easy. Employee showed up on time and was super friendly. Did a great job pruning our fruit trees. Chipped and hauled away branches. Very satisfied and I will definitely use again.

January 18th my neighbor's tree blew over in a storm, hit her house, then rolled and hit mine. The tree was laying on both houses. The crew of 3 guys plus a crane operator with a 75 ton capacity crane came out and got the tree off both houses with no further damage to the houses and no damage to the fence under the fallen tree. They were amazing, very competent and professional. They also cut up the large branches and trunk into firewood for me, which I was hauling into the back yard while they were handling the tree. Near the end, one of the guys had nothing to do so he grabbed my wheelbarrow when I wasn't looking, loaded it with large chunks of the tree's trunk, hauled it into the backyard and dumped it in exactly the right place. He hauled 3 or 4 loads, saving me a good piece of work at the end of the day. Great bunch of guys. Oh yeah, they also tarped the damaged part of our house to keep out the rain that's expected to fall in a couple days. Also, before the work started, the crew's supervisor pushed hard to get a crew and a crane here to get the job done before it rained. He did his job just as good as his crew and his crane operator did theirs.
