!!!!!UPDATE!!!!! The person we were communicating with, failed to inform anyone that the job was incomplete or that there was dangerous limbs hanging. As soon as the owner was made aware, we had someone in our yard taking care of the problem within the hour! Joshua Bodiford appears to be a very reputable and responsible business owner and I would not hesitate to do business with him again. I would just deal with him directly. We made the mistake of paying them before the job was complete. We were told they'd be back to grind a stump in 3-5 days. Meanwhile we noticed several large branches broken and hanging in a tree. We've contacted the one guy several times and got promises, no shows and excuses. It has now been 12 days with dangerous branches hanging. We had to park our vehicles elsewhere to avoid damage. Meanwhile several other branches have come down. I tried messaging through their webpage and it kept saying there was an error. Tried calling and it says their messages are full.
Great tree company! Josh was fantastic with the communication, showed up in a very timely manner and got the job done as soon as possible with great results. Would highly recommend them to anybody. They did a great job. We will definitely use them in the future.
Florida Cut Above ia a very professional team. They were one if 5 companies recommended by Angi’s list because I wasn’t happy with the quotes received Aaron from Angi’s recommended this company. Josh contacted me immediately scheduled for Theo to come out and provide a quote. Theo provided a quote I was completely satisfied with and the next day the entire team came out. Josh and his were very friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend tjis company!
