Tree service removal was great and they were efficient. Price was a bit above average but I did not feel I overpaid. The owner was a bit difficult to deal with and was abrupt/curt...but I would still recommend their services.

We have had Ferris do several large jobs for us and one emergency service. The first thing to know is that they do NOT gouge on prices after a storm — which is a stark contrast to other firms. Second, Dan is incredibly responsive and communicative. No waiting around for answers or estimates. Third, they don’t upsell you. They say: “you should do this and this/ this can wait. “. Fourth, they clean up EVERYTHING. They rake up chips, pick up every tiny branch, blow the lawn free of chips. I was talking to the crew yesterday and they said they always leave a lawn/ property better than they found it. I’m not a paid endorsement— just a huge fan. This is a quality company that knows their work, does it impeccably and runs their business so well. Highly recommend.

Dan and his crew were very professional. His prices are very reasonable. You can count on him showing up when he tells you he's going be there. Job well done and I highly recommend them.

We had several tree branches coming over our house & roof that needed to be cut. Dan & his team arrived on time the day the cutting was scheduled. The work they did was nothing short of 5 stars. Great attention & care was taken to cut all the big branches neatly & symmetrically. Dan has been professional, responsive & he along with his team made sure the place was cleaned up well, before the crew & the machinery were off our property, not to forget all the care they took when they got in all the equipment on the property. We recently hired Ferris Tree Services to come take care of a handful of things on our property, to include removing several large trees, clearing a lot of smaller trees out of a ~2000 sqft section of land, and grinding a whole lot of stumps. Dan was quick to come out for the initial estimate, and not only had the best pricing of the several quotes we'd gotten but also had the best explanation for how they'd go about the job without tearing up our yard. Additionally, he was able to quickly alter the estimate when we later realized we had a larger scope of work that we wanted to do than we'd originally planned for. Once they were able to book us in the schedule, they were here promptly at the time they said they would and got right down to work. They were efficient, safe, and did a great job making sure things weren't damaged. At the end of the day, they made sure everything was fully cleaned up, their work looks great, and we're very happy we went with them. This is 100% the Tree company I'm going to call again in the future if I need to get further work done or have anything large come down in a storm. Would highly recommend.
