The best customer service I have seen in a long time.These guys really do a great job helping customers from start to finish of every visit. From the saw shop to the dock or inside the store it’s always the same top quality customer service.

Did a bang-up fine job on my mower's annual tune-up. Reversed all the poor maintenance and neglect I was guilty of for almost TWO years. Did I mention quick? Very polite, small town helpful. It's why I keep coming back.

Nice friendly staff and your name rather run a big or little operation. And their prices are hard to beat. I drive from utica to do business with there and i have well pleased.
