ETS expertly and safely removed five large dead ash trees near our home garage in one days work. Erik and the ETS crew were expeditious, professional, kind, courteous, and sensitive to all our needs and concerns right from the start. Price was very competitive as compared to other estimates. We are very particular with our property and we were concerned with lawn and surrounding tree damage during this process but they downed and removed all of the trees and debris with only very minor (expected) impact. Highly recommend giving ETS a call! I will call them again for any and all tree work!

The short story would be that it was amazing work. But what fun is a short story. I have had this 180’ white pine that has been nothing but a menace. I spoke to not only one but two tree removal services prior to meeting Erik (owner/operator @ETS) Both of those companies left me hanging. Idk if it was the tree that was too intimidating, or the fact that good reliable help is sometimes hard to find. None the less outside of the no shows the price was considerably too high with both companies. Now I have seen quite a few tree removal companies the past two months and…. They just didn’t look like good. Dated equipment, no shirt, certainly not company attire. If the first two couldn’t do then why waste my time. All that said and as I was reaching the end of my rope for this season having the tree come down. I found Erik! Passing by on my way home from work. The equipment caught my eye at first, but then I noticed the protection that was placed down on the property, next it was the crew he had. They were top to bottom from the helmets, headsets, high vis company shirts… professional. I had to stop. I got to see how they cleaned up the site as I spoke with Erik about my project. Courteous to the customer they had just finished working for. The way she spoke to them in a very thankful way. All of these things and I just knew I had found the right person/people for the job. And sure enough I was right. Came by and gave me an estimate that day and was beyond fair, by allowing me to negotiate the price down slightly. He let me know that it would be a few days before he could work me into the schedule and sure enough he showed up earlier then expected. The work they did was phenomenal! From start to finish, they hit a home run. The tree was located in the corner of my neighbors property, it overhung a carriage barn, a garage, and central to the neighbors house. The level of precision, the way each massive branch was tied methodically, their complete understanding of what each of them had to do as a team. It was nice to watch a company of that caliber function. I sincerely had come to this conclusion before they even started and they did not disappoint with that assessment one bit. They went above and beyond. Honestly writing this review was the very least I can do. I’m sure everyone of their customers feel the same way and go on to use and refer them for years to come. I most certainly will be doing just that! As a small business owner I can say that referrals are pivotal. I can also say that when referring you really are putting your own reputation out there as well. I say this because when I do refer someone to a customer I care about I expect that trade to show the same. With ETS, they are going to make me look real good. Thank you guys so much!

Erik and his company were a pleasure to work with. We had several very tall locust trees that needed to come down, but access was tricky. There were obstacles including neighboring fences, a pool, a patio and most importantly, our dog’s final resting place. However, the company managed to work around all it. Erik is a knowledgeable arborist who was upfront from the beginning. His pricing was clearly outlined and fair. The work was completed on time and done well. The clean up was neatly done throughout the job. We are happy to recommend Erik to family and friends.

Erik and crew were really great to work with. They were all extremely professional and responsive. Erik was courteous and flexible and was able to meet my scheduling needs. I really appreciate his knowledge - he talked with me about the type of trees I have, the condition they were in and what needed immediate attention. The crew worked fast but very safely and left my property in great shape! I would highly recommend ETS to anyone in need of tree care or removal services.

Erik and his entire team were fantastic from initial call to the final clean up. Friendly, Courteous, Skilled, Professional, Conscientious and Thorough. They went above and beyond to protect the grounds and surrounding landscape and encouraged freedom to express any concerns and thoughts about the final outcome.
