We are beyond grateful to Caleb from Essential Tree Service for coming to our rescue—literally. Our daughter’s beloved kitten had gotten herself stuck nearly 50 feet high in a tall pine tree. She was terrified, and so was our daughter. We tried everything, even called the fire department, but their ladder wasn’t tall enough to help. Then Caleb showed up. On a Sunday, no less. With incredible professionalism, kindness, and calm, he assessed the situation and didn’t hesitate to climb all the way up to get her. He moved with such care and confidence, and somehow managed to safely retrieve a panicked kitten from way up in the branches. Watching him work was awe-inspiring. Caleb truly saved the day. We can’t thank him enough—not just for the rescue, but for how compassionate and steady he was during a very scary moment for our family. I hired Essential Tree Care primarily to trim deadwood from our Ponderosa pines for the longterm health of the trees and to improve views from our backyard deck. I am so glad I found Essential Tree Care. They have surpassed my expectations in their courteous and conscientious service. They are prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, and they take pride in doing a good job. That is really rare these days! I can't recommend them enough. Essential Tree Care expertly trimmed a HUGE Siberian Elm, and then moved another younger Elm so I wouldn't have to cut it down. Caleb and the other young men are a pleasure to work with. I've used other local arborists and have been disappointed. Don't waste your time and money trying any other tree service.

Very professional. Prepared property to pass fire regulations. It was a real pleasure working with this professional,first class company. Their work was well explained and carried out ( No surprises) as promised and billed accordingly. We would recommend them. .

Essential Tree care removed and chipped 35 trees, plus pruned and fertilized some of our remaining trees. The workers were all professional and did a great job. Additionally, the property was left nice. The price was very reasonable.
