We had an amazing experience with Empire Tree Service! Carlos is not only professional but also extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was happening with the 32 trees on our property, and it was clear he genuinely cares about their health. Despite his busy schedule, he was quick to get us booked, which we really appreciated. His crew was amazing they were fast, efficient, and cut every tree with such precision--it was impressive to watch, and when they were done, the cleanup was so thorough you couldn't even tell they had been there! If you're looking for someone who will treat your trees with the utmost care, Carlos and his team are the ones to call. We'll definitely be having him back in a few years for a touch-up. Highly recommend!

I absolutely loved these guys. They showed up when they said they would, were careful about not damaging our roof, and did not make a mess. Our trees look beautiful. As far as the person below who complained about Empire Tree Service's level of care: we had a tree removed and they used a stump grinder. One of the workmen stood there with a shield to block any flying debris from hitting our house! I plan to have Empire Tree Service do all future work for our projects and would recommend them to anyone wanting their trees done.

The crew are very professional and know how to properly execute the job. They cut down my 30 plus foot trees in few hours. Cleaned up after themselves well left the site clean.
