Lucas and his team have worked on our property across several projects, and each time they’ve demonstrated exceptional professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. Most recently, they removed 15 large trees to prepare the site for our new pool, completing the work efficiently and safely. As with any large project, unexpected issues came up, and Lucas and his crew were always flexible and easy to work with in adjusting the plan. For example, when it became clear that several stumps needed to be ground deeper to accommodate the pool patio, they worked closely with us to find a practical and cost-effective solution. When PG&E required a temporary pause on the work, Lucas helped coordinate directly with their team to resolve the issue and keep the project on track. He later returned to clear dead ivy from our redwoods, ensuring the property was in excellent condition. I highly recommend Lucas and his team for their expertise, reliability, and commitment to quality work.

Wow! These guys were so great to work with. For a while we were thinking about doing something about a couple overgrown/out of control juniper trees that were causing some mayhem but we kept putting it off. Empire Tree Experts just happened to be in the neighborhood one day and dropped off their flyer. Gave them a call and Lucas came out the next day to give us an estimate that was very fair and a good deal, I have to say. From start to finish, they were very friendly, responsible and efficient. Even left the yard immaculate when all was done. You can't go wrong with Empire Tree Experts.

I referred Empire Tree experts to my elderly father for a removal and trimming of some trees to fire safe around his house. Lucas was kind and patient as they worked out the details of the project. The work was done with care and timeliness. The price was very reasonable and when my father needed a copy of his receipt a few months after the job was completed, Lucas came through again. Lucas and crew were great! Lucas came day after I called for an estimate and started the next day! I originally was hiring a tree service to take out a 55 year old Aspen tree and ended up having Empire tree Experts take out 6 trees , stump removal and trim 3 others. I first used Empire Tree Experts in October 2024 for the removal of three (3) large redwoods plus stump grinding. Earlier this month, it became necessary to remove a massive cypress tree on family property. Without hesitation, I contacted Lucas. The cypress was a much bigger job, and it was removed a few days ago. I highly recommend this company. On both jobs, I received very fair estimates. The crew is very talented, safe and thorough. The job foremen (Chris) was great to work with. He's polite, professional, and always kept me posted regarding the progress of the jobs. The crew goes out of their way to clean up the job site once the trees are down and stumps are grinded. I will not hesitate to call Empire Tree Experts in the future.
