For over ten years I have used Emerald Tree Care for ash borer prevention, cabling, and tree trimming. Their employees are knowledgeable and their service has always been excellent.

I called on a Monday to send an arborist out to our home to quote servicing our trees. I was told we will get back to you mid-week to set up an appointment. Never got a call back or any follow up service. They must be too busy.

Emerald came out and provided a competitive quote for the trimming we needed to have done. They were very professional while working and made sure to talk to my neighbor to make sure that he was ok with them cleaning up trimmings on his property. The work was great and the tree looks much healthier! Would not hesitate to call them again!!

Emerald Tree Care, LLC goes above and beyond every turn. It was late in the season when I contacted Emerald, but they were still able to help me. Then the trimming I asked for was not the best for the health of my tree and Emerald explained the best way to keep my tree beautiful for a long time. Then the team was on-time, completed the work with care for my yard and surrounding buildings. Lastly, there were no surprises. Everything, including the bill, was as promised. Thank you Emerald.
