Elm Tree care was very professional, efficient, respectful and priced well. They did a great job on our trees. We had to have one removed and one trimmed and shaped. The job was done in less than 2 hours clean up and all! The tree we kept was over grown and they cleaned and shaped it beautifully. Toni is very patient and understanding as well. The guys who came to do the work were great and very respectful hard workers.
I highly recommend ELM. We've used them several times for our trees. Wouldn't go anywhere else! They are fast, professional, and clean up is excellent.
E.L.M.Tree Care has provided tree trimming on six (6) large mature trees over the past several month for our two (2) homes here in Temecula. The same three crew members provide excellent service and results. The company carries professional liability insurance, workmen's comp insurance. The crew wear the needed safety gear and equipment with boom trucks and removes all tree trimmings during the cleanup. Their bid costs are very detailed and at fair cost. Their crews have arrived on time and are very efficient. I would highly recommend their service. Great well done service. Five stars.....
The customer service is excellent, it was a pleasure watching the trees being pruned, the care taken to improve the look and the health of the tree was evident in pruning task. I could almost hear the trees Thanking me! Can’t wait till next year. 2nd year of pruning, my trees thrive! The difference in the new growth and how even the trees are shaped as they grow is amazing. The company is so Great at their profession, it’s a pleasure dealing with them. If you want the best care for your trees, use this company. See ya next year.
ELM was responsive to my request to have a large palm trimmed, and came out within three days of the approved estimate. The team of two that arrived was friendly and quick! I will definitely have them back when it’s time to trim up the other trees front and back. I highly recommend this tree service company; they really are the best.
