Brian was awesome. He made quick work of grinding 14 stumps and made sure I was 100% satisfied before accepting payment. High integrity guy.

I had a large stump with many roots around it removed by Brian who owns "Elite Stump Grinding LLC" a few weeks ago, and Brian said that there might be a root or two hidden under the chips that he couldn't see, and if there was to call him and he'd come back and remove them for free. After I removed the chips and placed them in flower beds around my yard, I found that there was a couple of roots that were at the edge, so I called Brian, and he comes out the very next day to remove these roots, and when I offered to pay for at least the gas that he used to make the trip to my house, and for what he used for his grinder, he refused and said "No thank you! I guarantee my work and it's on the house." I'm 77 years old and I've dealt with hundreds of contractors in my life regarding so many different things, and I'd put Brian at "Elite Stump Grinding" in the top 5 of all the people that I've ever worked with. Brian, If you read this, I'd like to thank you so much for doing this. You're on in a million buddy.

Brian was professional knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and punctual. He explained the process step by step as he walked the yard.
