We had a rather large tree in our front yard the had been starting to lose small dead branches with every wind storm. Our neighbor recommended El Errante Tree and Landscaping from their tree trimming a few years ago. We called Juan for an estimate appointment. A day before the appointment, a branch snapped, hanging perilously over our sideway. At our appointment, Juan gave us an estimate for both trimming and for complete removal. Although our removal appointment was a few days off due to the holiday weekend, Juan arranged for the dangling limb to be trimmed and disposed of. On removal day, I was amazed with the Juan and the El Errante crew. Safe removal of our beast of a tree. Prompt, friendly crew. Reasonably priced. Thorough work. Highly recommended!!!! I can’t express our gratitude to Juan and El Errante tree and landscaping service. Called him Friday to give us an estimate for 2- 30 foot trees entangled in power lines and the trees were gone by the following afternoon! Very friendly, fast, efficient service. About a month ago, they quoted me for a tree removal and tree trimming. They spotted that the tree next to the house was rotting, recommended me to cut it. He is a nice guy, after the removal of the tree and the trimming of the tree. He called me and said that the stump will be done another day, so I paid them for tree removal and tree trimming. I kept the other part of the money until they come and grind the stump. I was a promised a Saturday, they never showed up and never answered the phone. I got ghosted afterwards. I felt that it was very rude and unprofessional, basically with no accountability.

El Errante tree service was so helpful. They responded quickly to our needs. They were very professional and hardworking. I will definitely use them again.
