Great price! We just had two trees dropped. We did all the clean up since we use the wood for fires. They were on time and very professional. They even cut some of the larger logs down, stacked all the brush n blew the sawdust and debris into a nice pile for us. That way we were able to take our time cleaning n processing the wood. Would absolutely recommend Easy Tree!!

I had two large, mature, trees over 50ft tall get damaged in a storm at the end of July. The trees resided on the property line between me and my neighbor. I heard about Easy Tree via a flyer in my mailbox preceding the storm. I contacted five tree removal specialists. I had an Easy Tree estimator (Max) out 3 days later. Three others never responded, and the 5th was too slow to respond. Because of the inherent threat to people and property, Easy Tree moved me up and were onsite 12 days later. The representative on the phone was courteous, quick to resolve my concerns, and also gave great advice on how to handle trees on the property lines w/ neighbors. I was very pleased w/ their communication. The initial quote was a little confusing because all I saw was the BIG number…not realizing that the ‘optional’ options I had asked for were not included in the big number. So pay attention to your quote! They removed most of the two trees in one afternoon. They had to come back to finish the next day due to the failure of a piece of equipment. The next day, all of the removal was completed and cleanup as well. The broken piece of equipment was removed from my neighbors property within a week as promised. I was informed that that stump removal equipment was under repair. 12 days later, they were back to remove the stumps. My neighbor is a little unhappy about damage to her yard/lawn from the equipment that was brought in/out to do the job, but my expectations were met fine. These were BIG trees and these guys did a great job in removing them and not damaging either my fence, avoided the neighbors sprinklers, and no building damage as well! Access to the jobsite was also limited due to the pitch of my yard. Measure your expectations! Grass grows back, and yard divots can be filled. Property and people are more important. Every contact I had with an Easy Tree professional on the jobsite was courteous and professional. Billing was easy too. Stumping is billed separately, so after each phase I received an invoice to be paid electronically. The quote was spot on, no surprises at the end. I knocked off one star just because of the delays caused by equipment failures. Despite that, Easy Tree will be the first company I call in the future for similar work. Thank you!

They did a great job of removing a dead ash tree in our fenced in backyard, using a crane. They handled it very delicately near our pool, and cleanup was excellent. We had multiple quotes, Easy Tree Service offered the lowest bid, which was incredibly fair. Mark was outstanding in his professional customer service, making us feel comfortable throughout the process. We will be using them again and recommending them to all our friends.
