He was professional from start to finish - promptly providing a reasonable estimate, responding quickly to texts, and showing up exactly as scheduled. Ralph removed a dead tree that was threatening my house and offered helpful advice about other trees on my property that could be given more time. The work was completed as promised with no issues. We were very impressed by Ralphs skillful knowledge of tree removal. We had 3 difficult, dangerous large trees that Ralph removed. The price was very fair, he showed up when he said he would, and he was very careful not to damage my elaborate garden below the trees. Not easy tasks. After severe winds, we had two huge trees fall down in our yard on a Thursday morning. I️ got in contact with Earth and Lumber Tree Service around 7am that day and they were at my house by 11am removing the trees! They were on time, easy to talk to, straightforward, so nice, and did an amazing job at cleaning up my yard. They even blew all the leaves off my 1acre property! Within two hours, everything was cleaned up. They were very professional. My yard looked Even better than before the trees had fallen. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Ralph and his team were great! They were punctual, honest and the best prices around! Professional, very informative. Was not an easy job at all, 2 large trees hanging over power lines and pole barn that were at risk Had a lot of trouble with the stump due to a rock in the bottom but they battled thru it and got it out. Dont wait and call other companies that will give you an outrageous price or leave you hanging like most pocono companies. They're the best in the mountain! I've dealt with other companies and nobody compares! Thanks guys, def be using you guys soon!

Ralph is professional, experienced, dedicated to safety and will spend time with you to make sure you get exactly what you need. He was able to clearly assess where the tree needed to land and safely cut it in an open area so it didn't fall on anything around our yard. Overall a pleasure and smooth experience. Highly recommend!
