Tree services are all over the place when it comes down to communication, price, & expectations. Daniel spent more time informing me than selling his service when going over our needs... which included removing a very tall tree that fell on our house, (which was 3 stories tall with the basement). While prompt, when it came to removing the tree, Duncan's crew took their time, triple checked everything, and worked together like a swiss watch to flawlessly remove & lower the tree without damaging anything that wasn't already damaged. After they cleaned up & left, you could hardly tell they or the tree had been there. It was gratifying to use a service while not feeling I was getting a run-around as it's not often a tree service actually exceeds expectations.

Great work and great prices! He was very patient with our work schedule and storms to get aligned to get the work done. We didnt want heavy machinery in the yard after the heavy rains we had. Once we finally got a clear/dry day, they were here ready to work. Not to mention, fun to watch. We requested an extra tree and a few dead limbs and they still got all work done in a timely manor. Even lined up a stump grinder for us. Will hire again if we need more tree work done in the future.

Duncan’s Tree Service is taking down over dozen problem trees and bushes on our property this week. The team has been professional and efficient. We had a great experience! Daniel came out quickly to give us a quote to remove a few large trees that needed to be taken down. The crew amazed us with their level of professionalism.
