Discount Professional Tree Service and Firewood

JOB STILL NOT COMPLETED, David began work on May 9th and since has not returned phone calls, voice mails, or text messages. I have called from family members numbers and he answered and explained he is working on other projects and is currently unable to complete mine although 90% was paid for up front. I am deeply disappointed in the appearance of my yard and the companies lack of professionalism and communication. Pictures attached are current and up to date.

If I could give David 0 stars I would. I contacted him on 10/16 to have logs removed from my backyard from trees that were previously cut down. David asked me to send him a picture of the tree logs and he would provide me with a quote. I did as he asked. David quoted me $850 to remove the logs and stated that he’d be to my property same day at 12p; however, he required a 30% deposit. I sent the deposit. David then calls me close to 1p stating that he’d be to my home at 4p as the customer he was working with added additional work. He also asked me for more money for a truck that he should already have. David never showed up and claimed that his truck was impounded as the driver didn’t have a CDL license so he would be to my house the next morning at 9a. Mind you, I’ve had to text and call this man to figure out what’s going on! Present day, David comes to my house after 10a and STILL DOESN’T complete the job and asks for more more because the scope of work was more than what he thought. This man leaves my house without communicating anything to me, I ask where he was and his plan, he stated he was going to Home Depot. David never contacted me again afterwards. I’ve called and texted this man to request my money back and he’s refusing to refund me despite him not doing absolutely nothing! This is bad business and Karma keeps receipts. I filed a police report and will be following up with my lawyer. You don’t do people like that and expect good to come to you!

David and his crew did a magnificent job. I am surprised at how fast they got the job done at the price. They charge was way lower than the other estimates I received. I have seen other reviews that are slandering his name from his previous employees and sales women that are disgruntled and it makes me sick. This young brother is the definition of professional. I highly recommend.

This company is amazing. They came out a did a quote and set up a day of my choosing to start the work. They were on time the day of service and kept me informed on new finds and the progress that was being done. The work took about 2 days(1 full day and 2 half days). Everyone was professional and willing to work as safely as possible. They even work with me on paying for the service. I love how clean they left my yard and how well they stayed professional during their breaks. I will most definitely use them again when I take down the rest of my trees and stumps. Please please consider using them they will not let you down.
