Colby and Ms Rachel at Dillard Land Services not only came out quickly to estimate the cost of removing four large pines that were dangerously close to my home, but subsequently were here to do the job within 72 hours, due to a fortuitous schedule change. They were here early, worked HARD all day, and cleaned up and drove away, leaving my back yard not only safer for me, but ready to be landscaped. The crew even cleared my fence line, which was too big a job for me on my own. I’m so grateful for the good work and the honest quotes.

These guys did an amazing job. I needed these trees gone asap and they were able to get them down quickly. There was a difficult tree with houses and power lines and well it was not going to come down kindly if a storm hit. Anyway they did a great job and I have every intention of using their services again on another property we have in Pensacola.

I'm not really one to leave reviews, but I had to take a few minutes to compliment Colby and the Dillard Land Service Team. They have completed multiple jobs for myself, my business and many friends and family members. They are extremely professional and very fairly priced. I call to get a job estimate, they normally look at the job and have a price within 24-48 hrs. They are very meticulous about how they approach the job, perform and leave everything neat and clean. This is most professional company I have seen in the area in years. They came and gave an estimate and arrived in a timely manner. First, they checked the septic tank area to ensure that it was clear. They utilized a track machine to reach the upper area of the tree, which, mats were placed to not mar the yard. The tree was near a pool enclosure and care was taken to not damage. They then cleared an area behind shop that neighbors trees had overgrown and using ladders and pole saw cleared that area. All trimmings were removed. Area blown down, grass fluffed with yard rake. A fair price and I offer my highest recommendation!
