Dependable Tree Service

Everyone was great to work with. I talked to Leo who helped me throughout the process. Very professional. Had a dead tree removed that had to be accessed through a neighbor's yard. They put the planks in his yard as promised and were clean and careful. However, when they went to remove the logs in my yard, the workers did not have the planks down on the lawn. I stopped them immediately and they went to get them from another location no question asked. Leo was extremely apologetic and will handle any damage remaining in the spring. (The ground had a minor tractor rut trail) I would definitely use them again and recommend as well! (Just be sure planks down) They were on time and communicated above expectations. Very clean with their work too. Fast, efficient, and fairly quiet for tree trimmers! I love the fact they appreciated my business and made sure I was happy at the end 👍 Score: 95% (-5 for the planks at my house but handled real quick no problem)

Walnut Tree Service is an exceptional company with highly professional workers. They are well organized and do their job seamlessly. The employees work excellently together with great communication skills, which is hard to find today. Not only are they qualified, but they are joyful and a pleasure to have around. I’m actually so impressed by the work that was done at my house by Dependable. Crew was fantastic and did all work in one day which was a lot. My favorite part was how clean everything was after they were done. I highly recommend them. Got a bunch of estimates and they were the lowest. Thank you guys!

The team that came to do some complex tree pruning was exceptional. They were on time, efficient and made sure the entire job went without a hitch. All I really had to do was point and they took care of the rest. Afterwards, they took even more care to clean up, not only my yard but my neighbors as well. Worth giving your tree job to these guys, will definitely use again
