We had Karsten come out and give us a bid on three tree removals and pruning the back neighbors tree out of the power lines and into our yard. He sent the quote back that night and I was throughly impressed. I said let’s do it and he was back in three days to do the job, our neighbor was watching and decided to have a big tree removal also and he fit her in that day also with us. He also had a stump grinder lined up and had that done also. Karsten is very knowledgeable about all things trees and was very kind and respectful. He got all the work done and cleaned up that day. We had the best experience with Karsten at Davis & Davis. Our neighbors were cutting down their tree and he offered to do our same day without any notice. They didn’t excellent job and cleaned up very well. We will definitely hire them again if needed.

Short version: I had a few big trees that needed trimming. My trees were cut, I was happy. Long version: Karsten was wonderful to work with, he came out and spent a good while with me talking about the best way to trim my two honey locusts and not scalp them but to reduce bulk and promote optimal tree health. He gave me an honest and competitive quote for the trees and some additional stuff I wanted trimmed. He showed up exactly on time when he said he would and finished up in a timely manner. He and his crew cleaned up everything neatly after trimming and hauled everything away. He checked in with me a couple times during the cutting to make sure I was satisfied with the trimming and explained how and why they were cutting the trees to promote optimal tree health and longevity. My family and I were happy we chose Davis & Davis and would recommend them to anyone needing tree trimming, they have top tier experience and professionalism.
