Dan's Tree Service

We purchased our home in July of 2025 knowing the property had been neglected and that many trees were diseased and some of the trees were dangerously hanging over the home. We spoke with several tree services prior to making our choice in Dans Tree Service. Dan reviewed the trees on the property and gave us an assessment of the needs of the trees on our property. After scheduling the work, Dan’s crew of 10 arrived on time and ready to tackle the 22 trees that needed to be trimmed and/or removed. The process involved very technical removal of trees precariously near and over our home. The team worked expertly and safely, the process was amazing as the tree climbers scaled the 50 to 80 foot trees. The branches were trimmed and roped to the ground. Large sections of trees were secured to the ground with the use of a crane. After almost 6 hours the team cleaned and cleared every inch of the work zone. The site supervisor reviewed the scope of work and made sure we were happy with the experience. We highly recommend Dan’s Tree Service.

Jennifer and Doug were professional and compassionate when working with my elderly mother to get trees trimmed on short notice. The work done was excellent, the trees look great and balanced, and the yard is cleaner than when they started. Thank you!

Do not recommend. Communication with this company is seriously lacking. The service got done, but it took two and a half months to have a crepe myrtle removed, stump grinder, and mulch remove. Service was ordered back in February, they just finished 2 days ago. First time they showed up was a month and a half AFTER the job was ordered. Finally got a response on the day they were coming to start. I took the day off of work to be present, and no one showed up. No call, no explanation. Lost a day of wages. And no communication on the next 2 times they showed up to finish the job. So, it got done but not in a timely manner and no communication on the reasoning why it took so long. So, if you have a landscape project needing to get done but no care on when, this is the company. They'll show up whenever and not call.

I had a great experience using Dan's Tree Service. Everyone I spoke with and dealt with was professional and efficient from the estimate to the tree work. It was obvious they knew what they were doing both when felling tall trees and trimming up branches on trees and bushes. They cleaned up beautifully, I would highly recommend them.
