Daniel Hovarter and his crew were amazing and we are super happy with the service! Daniel came out within 2 days of my initial call for the consultation and his crew was out a few days later to do the work. Super responsive and great quality work! Daniel is very knowledgeable about trees and clearly loves what he does ….he assessed several trees (inc my favorite - a large sequoia) for us and came up with a plan that would meet our insurance requirements and still let us keep our trees! His crew was very professional and did a great job! They cleaned up after the tree work and hauled everything off…the yard looks cleaner than it ever did;) If you’re looking for a great tree company, deff give them a call! We will deff use them again!!

Dan and 2 employees showed up at my house fully equipped and ready to work Very organized and efficient. Trimmed branches ,sectioned the tree,chipped and cleaned up site,cut rounds and stacked in my yard as requested! Dan is professional and totally capable of any Tree removal situation. Thanks Dan

What a great company, and Dan seems to be a really good “hands on” owner who treats he’s crew great. And to me, how you treat your crew as a contractor, means a lot. I needed to have 8 tall pine trees cut down, as they had died due to bark beetles. Dan was recommended to me by a neighbor, and I’m glad he was. What a great job he and his crew did. I will definitely use Dans services again in the future.

1/19/25 I had 3 Redwood Trees in front of my house that needed to be trimmed and thinned out as they were too big and close to the house producing shade which caused Moss to grow on my roof. I hired a company that only took out a few branches in the center of the group of 3 trees. When I questioned the worker who told me, “ You’re always going to have sharde with big trees.” Duh, the problem still existed (I was Not happy).I called a 2nd company which was Daniel Hovarter Tree Service. I can not say enough - praising the owner and his excellent 4 crew members working as a team - who worked with me by listening to me and accomplishing exactly how and what I wanted done. A+++++

Dan and his team were great. They came to our 5 acre property and gave us great advice on which trees to keep and which ones needed to go. Dan's team was polite and professional and completed the job on time and on budget. We were able to get a break on our fire insurance because of the work that they did. More importantly, the place looks great! I have already recommended Dan and his company to our neighbors.
