David and his crew did an incredible job! They were very professional and on time when he said it was scheduled. This was a big job cleaning out a massive amount of brush and trees that blocked the homes view to the Rock River. He also took out 3 huge trees in the front that were dying. Thank you for your professionalism and having the best equipment to get the job done!

David and his team were great. From my first call to my yard being done was literally 24 hours. Service took about an hour. Thanks again guys!!

Cruz Tree Services was hired by the property management company next door to me. While they were instructed to trim the tree on my property along my fence line, the employees actually let themselves into my backyard -- through my privacy fence -- and did 100% of the job from my backyard. They trespassed on my property for well over an hour while no one was home. I came home to a pile of woodchips in my backyard and a major limb of the tree cut in half (well into my property line and not nearly along the fence line). Perhaps the most violating part was that they had a young girl with them who was playing with my daughter's toys in the backyard, again while no one was home to oversee any of this. They botched my 300+ year old oak tree so badly that the property management company had to hire a different tree service to fix their job. There were numerous cuts on major limbs of the tree that anyone with a modicum of tree trimming knowledge would know not to perform, especially on an oak tree while it's not in its dormant state.

Although he is priced reasonably not very professional. He came out to cut a branch that was split and ended up cutting into the good branches as well. Contacted several times and several times he stated he would come out and seal the branches he cut into so water wouldn’t get in. Several times he did not show. Very disappointed in how unprofessional they have been. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE HAVING THEM OUT!!
