From the moment I met Neil, when he came to our homeowners association to assess the work we need done, I was impressed by his knowledge and understanding of the physical and social lives of trees. Neil's prices are competitive, he is responsive, and I appreciated the method he uses to remove trees. Neil and his colleague Brennan removed a 100 foot dead pine that was precariously overhanging our cabin. Neil was an acrobat to watch, climbing (seemingly) effortlessly, then safely and deftly removing this giant of a tree, without any damage to the cabins, mature trees or rock wall that were in the immediate vicinity. Clean up was immaculate. (I wish my house looked as good.) If it weren't for the fresh, trimmed-to-ground-level stump, one would never know a tree removal - of any magnitude, much less of a 100 foot White Pine - had taken place. Branches were chipped at our designated area, which Neil helped configure for our job, and the remaining wood was cut to firewood size and stacked neatly in an area we assigned for this purpose. We look forward to having more of our dead trees removed by Neil, as well as transplanting of new trees in the spring. Thank you for your professionalism, Neil and Brennan. Bravi!

Neil and his two hard working sons removed a dead tree at our cabin today. I am beyond thrilled with the service we received. Neil is very knowledgeable and prompt. He also trimmed up the rest of our trees and was more than willing to do extra work that I asked him to do. When he was done trimming, he and his boys cleaned up the whole yard. Neal is amazing we had a tree go down in a storm that took down a power line and landed on our cars. We called him at 705pm and he and his worker arrived by 725pm. They did amazing work. We have used and will continue to to use County Hill Tree Service for all of our tree service needs. We will be recommending his services to neighbors in the Hayward Area!

A tree fell on my house after a storm. Neil and his crew showed up the next day, removed the tree, and cleaned up the debris in a timely and professional manner. A hydraulic hose broke on a piece of equipment and spilled onto my driveway during the process. They did the best they could to clean it up at the time. Later, after I had already paid for the work done, they came back and cleaned the stain as promised. I would not hesitate to use them again.
