Conley Tree Service

In the beginning they did a good job and did it fast however when cutting some limbs they dropped some into my pool on a 30 ft ish tree and put a hole the same size as the small log in my pool. The liner now needs to be replaced since it’s broke and they refuse to do anything about it and constantly avoid my messages and will not take responsibility. I understand accidents happen and I’m not mad about that. The communication is terrible and the lack of care and responsibility is what inspired me to change my review so everyone else doesn’t have to go through this as well. It’s now been months and he hasn’t even come to look at the damage after several attempts to get him to see it in person I’ve lost so much water in my pool and still no resolve. I suppose it’ll have to be taken to court.

We have trusted Wes and his crew for years for tree trimming and removal. They are very friendly, knowledgable, and experienced which shows in every job they have done for us. The company provided excellent customer service, with Wes and his team being thorough and knowledgeable. They efficiently worked on a large oak tree, shaping and cutting the limbs, and left the area spotless by cleaning up all debris. The team was respectful and polite throughout the process. A huge oak tree branch fell and blocked my Mom's ramp to her house. I called Conley Tree service and Wes came out within a few hours to look at it. We discussed removing the branch and trimming the tree up for branches that could be future problems. The next day Wes and his Crew, (great guys) came out went right to work and was done in no time at all. While They were there I asked about 100 feet of fence line that I needed cleared so I could build a new fence. The crew walked over and started clearing it out and was done in about an hour. Years of country growth gone in a flash. I had been dreading this project for months but I can finally finish my fence. 5 star review is warranted. Fast service, Honest estimates, completed jobs 100%, Cleaned all areas, and they are downright great guys.
