Complete Tree Care

Complete Tree Service took down three trees and trimmed back two others for me. They arrived early, they were polite, efficient and a delight to work with. The gentleman backing the chipper was amazing to watch! I would highly recommend this company. I will be using them again myself when the need arises.

Complete Tree Service was a life saver.... AES made a complete mess out at one of our properties, after having to cut limbs down due to power issues. Complete Tree Care trimmed and removed dead wood from most of the trees on our property. They did an excellent job and my husband and I are both really happy with the end result. Whilst working on our property the entire crew was friendly and professional and hardworking and took time to explain what they were going to do and why it was important for the health of the tree and answer any of my questions. You can tell they care about trees and their health and longevity. I would highly recommend them and we will certainly be using them again when our trees need some work in the future. Thank you.

We called these people in early Sept for an estimate. We mulled it over a couple weeks and got other estimates but ultimately decided to go with this company. We called them to schedule what we needed done. They let us know that their scheduler would call us back. We waited a couple weeks with no response. We called them again. They assured us the scheduler would call us back. This time they did, and we were smashed in 2 days later as a 2nd job of the day. That gave us very little time to plan for someone to be home while they're there. They ended up not coming out because it was windy. It was understandable. We rescheduled right then for 3 weeks out. Again, 2nd job of the day but this time we got a chance to plan for it instead of scrambling. This time they didn't come because of rain. Understandable. Then we started talking about plywood and an additional $500? Like you're going to forget about us and then talk about raising the price? We don't want to reschedule as an after thought 2nd job of the day when you screwed up the first time by forgetting about us, but we were patient. We tried to give you our money, but we'll take it elsewhere.
