The HOA behind us, Timberlake, hired this company to trim trees post hurricane Ian. They left the dead branch hanging in our yard. I asked them to please trim it and they said no. I asked if I could talk to their boss and they said no. I even offered to help in any way I could if it fell on my side. I understand they are busy! To leave one dead branch and remove all others seemed silly. Your team ignored my multiple hellos. I just asked if they could get the last branch dangling in my yard from the tree they were currently working in. I offered to haul it away. The one that finally acknowledged me was dismissive and rude. Got mean when I asked to talk to his boss. I just wanted to call and let you know but your mailbox is full. Again, I'm sure your busy but a little kindness goes a long way. I appreciate your response so I upped your stars for that. customer service should matter. The other trees lining the back wall had all dead branches removed and look great.

Owner was knowledgeable and understood our needs on a very large job. Accomodations were made to get special needs done regarding lane closures of a busy section of our project. I needed a hurricane damaged tree cleaned up before putting the house on the market. I was living hours away from Fort Myers and needed someone I could trust to do the job. I contacted Coastline and got a professional written estimate for the work. They showed up on the date they scheduled and did the work while I was not there. I checked a few days later and could not even tell they had been working in the yard except that the damaged tree looked great. They even cleaned up some sloppy work done by another tree service years back. My neighbor asked who did the work because he wants to use them in his yard.
