Coast to Coast Tree and Outdoor Services

I was looking for someone to trim our 16 palms plus some other landscape cleanup. Cameron with Coast to Coast Tree Service reached out to me, gave me an estimate on Thursday and was here with his crew Saturday to get the job done. They were here about 6 to 7 hours and did an amazing job! Palms have never look better and our backyard “jungle” looks so much cleaner! The tree canopy in the back was so thick, the sun could hardly shine through. We are so pleased with the results, highly recommend!

First, I want you all to know this will probably not be your typical review.. and WHY?? because I have a story (and now some history) with Coast to Coast.. So to begin.. I had researched draining systems on the internet because I've had flooding in my Florida Room the past 2 hurricanes ... and I didn't want any more! So I went on line and looked at all kinds of videos.. And decided I needed a Drain.. I asked a person doing some work at my house, at the time, if he knew anyone and I got the name of a person called Cameron and called him and he was at my house the same day. First.. I must say, I didn't expect what showed up or what happened. A red truck - with no signage - a young lady and this fellow walk up to my door .."Hi"..I'm Cameron" .. NO business card! No name tag! Just two youngsters (to me anyway) just Cameron and Jenn. They both walked around my property .. asking questions, giving me ideas / advice and after about 2 hours they gave me a price - said they would email me a contract / proposal and I GAVE them a check and off they went. Well, a few hours later I went to see the email and it wasn't there. OH MY I've been scammed!! I just knew it.. SO.. I stopped payment on the check! YUP.. I was scared .. French drains / stump pumps are not cheap!! So, I wanted to let them know.. so I left them a voice message only to find out that Cameron was in the hospital and needed surgery! They even sent me a picture of him in the hospital bed.. and they resent the proposal... and the next day Jenn came by and .. YES.. I gave them another check and I am so happy I did. Obviously Cameron needed time to recover and when he and his team/crew came .. they were wonderful.. professional..courteous.. cared about my property and they worked non-stop! In 5 days my job was done and it was amazing. All of them.. were great guys and Jenn is a great asset to the team. Sometimes.. we women need to communicate with another woman. I just want everyone to know that this company .. and his team are THE BEST! I am so thankful that I listened to my gut .. and decided to give my business to them. Come to find out Cameron really doesn't need to advertise.. because I'm sure everyone will get the same treatment I did. AND.. the other day, since I didn't know really how the system worked.. I told him a part came off from the bad rain we had.. He and Jenn came .. checked out ALL my system parts and when I went to pay him.. he wouldn't take any $$.. He said I had already paid for the unit and this was part of the job .. and then he said .. 'you ever have any questions, just call..' Cameron is a fellow I will trust when I need a referral. I am so thankful and grateful that I didn't let the.. small stuff (business cards/name tag, etc) stop me from hiring the best group around. OH, and another thing I didn't do before hiring them.. I am a crazy person.. I always (LOL) get at least 3 quotes.. Not this time. Trust me.. He is the best.. and his team are just great. Thanks Cameron for giving me the piece of mind and comfort I need during our flooding seasons!

Cameron from Coast to Coast and his crew did an excellent job. The response for a quote was quickly given, they showed up when they said they would, and finished in a timely matter. All in all, excellent service at a fair price. Would gladly use again.

I reached out to Cameron about a large tree hanging over my house and he was able to come out that day and have it removed without any problem at all! I’ll definitely be recommending him to people in the neighborhood! Thank you so much again, Cameron you really did an incredible job.
