Tom came in and assed the trees that had to be removed and quoted me on the spot. His crew was top notch, professional and the hi tech equipment was world class ! These guys know their trade ! Edit - If I could give them more stars I would. Everything I said below still stands as what I thought about the work done. Once I finally got around to getting the old stump areas ready to plant grass I found a large root that had been missed. I didn't call CNY because I signed off on the work done. CNY messaged me a few days ago and I mentioned the root. They told me they might swing by at some point. I came home from work today and the root is gone. Even though I had already gave them a 5 star review they still wanted to make the job right. They are the best! My original review - Tim and the crew did a fantastic job. Two large maples that were dying removed from my tiny front yard that has the utility lines to deal with. Trees removed and nobody lost any services. They cleaned everything up like they were never there.

Tom and his team preformed the most amazing job at my elderly mother’s home. They went way above and beyond the scope of work that was originally priced. I would recommend there services to anyone looking for tree and stump removal. There price was better than fair!!!

The CNY crew came to my house perfectly equipped with the tree removal equipment and stump remover they needed. For my job those pieces of equipment were like oversize riding lawnmowers. They made quick work of my tree and shrubs as well as the stumps. They made sure to leave the area of removal as neat as reasonable, my lawn was not damaged and they cleaned up after themselves, even in the street. Would definitely recommend.

I rarely leave reviews, but ny experience with CNY Tree Service was been perfect. A storm dropped a tree on our garage. From calling them to having the tree removed was less than 24 hours. Prices are fair and they did a great job cleaning up. If I need tree service in the future I won't call anyone else.
