CM Precision Tree and Landscaping

CM Precision trimmed 4 palms (20-30' tall) last mo. and removed a giant Allepo pine (pictured), a group of 4 smaller palms and removed stumps all in one day! The were spectacular to watch, all working in precision and safety, constantly while they took that giant tree down. They blew the pine needles off our new roof, which made me even happier. I will have so much less work to do on our large property here. The quotes we received were lower than other tree services, including our long time one. CM Precise Tree and Landscaping is a great company. Chuck is a hands-on owner and knows what he is doing. I also found him to be very honest. They came right on time, 8 a.m., and did a great job. Crew members, Heber and Pedro, were very polite and did their job very efficiently. They cleaned everything up very nicely before they left. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The experience with this company not only met but exceeded my expectations! The owner was on-site the same day as we called, was informative, the quote was better than others I was given. Our service day was set quickly, the crew arrived early, checked in, looked at the trees, the liquid amber needed an trim and a very large eucalyptus removed. The crew was efficient going above as they cut the eucalyptus into useable pieces. They even cleaned up leaves around the worksite. When I mentioned that I am concerned about the liquid amber, the worker shared they have an arborist on staff if I wanted more information. No upsale or pressure just info!! It was a pleasure to deal with honest integrity!

My brother hired them to remove a couple big oaks that had grown up right next to my mom’s house and deck and to do a bunch of trimming. Her deck hung out over a canyon, so this was not easy work! They did an amazing job. I applied for the sunrise powerlink grant for this and Chuck was incredibly helpful in getting it billed correctly per the grant requirements. Because it went so well, I had them come out to my house where they removed a huge palm tree that was about a foot from a fence and 15’ from our garage. It was amazing watching them take it down in such a small space. They took out a couple trees that were up against our garage, trimmed some others with skilled precision in making the limbs fall in a very narrow spot, and ground multiple stumps. They cleaned everything up and blew off the hard surfaces. Everything looked fantastic. Pedro even called the next day to make sure it was all done to my satisfaction. They were great!

The owner takes a hands-on approach to evaluate your needs and their overall team are professional. In addition, they are tremendously experienced and fair. I've dealt with inexperienced companies and they can simply "hack" up trees and cause mid-long term problems for trees. CM Precision knows very well how to do proper lacing of trees that ensure a good look for the tree and maintain its health. I'd recommend their company for anyone that needs quality Tree and Landscaping services. I will continue to use them as I have for several years now.
