Hector's crew at H G TREE SERVICE / Citrus Heights tree servicewere here to take down my beloved Mulberry tree that had become sick. They were caring, quick, knowledgable, and professional. They cleaned and cleared as they went about their work. They were fair priced, arrived on time, polite, and completed the work in a timely manner. I would/will use them again if needed and do highly recommend them to anyone in need of tree work. They even left the trunk exactly as I requested. It will become the focal point in the garden area.

Great company! Arturo was responsive and communicated well. 30 days to pay for services was very helpful for an unexpected broken tree in my yard. Arturo made insightful recommendations for some additional work to improve my property’s fire safety. His crew arrived on time, were hard-working and efficient and completed the job incredibly fast! Great clean up too; they didn’t leave any mess. I definitely would use them again!

Had Arturo out to evaluate a tree that didn't look like it was doing all that well and he was able to be calm and insightful with me about what may have caused it to run into some dry rot. He provided education on the tree tendancies and methods to help their growth and maintence. Had him out a few weeks later to get that tree replace with a new and do some trimmings of the crepe myrtle trees. Would recommend his advice and work.

When I contacted the company for a quote, Arturo got back to me before I even hang up the call. He came out the next day to check out the old ornamental plum tree I needed removed. While we were talking, he asked what the plan was for the front yard afterward, and we weren't sure. He told me how he put woodchips over his old weedy lawn and looks very nice., and that woodchips can be free. Had a reaonable quote the next day for the tree and it was removed a few days later. I told him of my plans to do the woodchip idea and he said he would have his crew delivered the next day. They did great removing the tree and being respectful of my property. Looks great now. Can't wait for spring to xeriscape! Thanks guys!
