Cherokee Tree Care

Amanda from Cherokee Tree is so helpful on my trees. If I have a concern I can text her the photo and she re- affirmed me if it's a concern, if needed she addressed the solution back to me. Replies promptly. I love that in her service.

Was recommended to call Cherokee. Called on Friday afternoon and asked if someone could come by and take a look at my Sugar Maple as it had the top branches blown out of it on Wednesday or Thursday with the heavy winds. Need to get it cleaned up and have the wound cut out. Spoke with someone who sounded nice and capable. She said she could not get anyone out that day, which I totally understood, but stated she would have someone come by Monday. Nobody showed up. Guess they had bigger more important jobs, which I get. However, a phone call to let me know so I could start to find another company would be the professional thing to do. It is not that hard. Dealt with tree companies before, this one is no different than the guy who knocks on your door cause they are "in the neighborhood doing some work" in my opinion. 3/25/2025 - they called today to come by and take a look. I informed Tyler I already had another company scheduled to look at my tree tomorrow. At least they cslled back. Upgrading their review to a 3.

I only use Cherokee Tree and have had them several times for tree pruning, removing portions of damaged trees and removal of several trees around my house. Their work is excellent every time. And I trust them to be fair and honest in their business ethics. They show up when scheduled, and do a great job. I had two trees next to my house pruned last week and had dead branches removed. When done they cleaned up and left the yard better than when they started. Trees look so much better. We had low hanging limbs over the house and over power lines coming into our house. Don’t want to see any ice storms in the future but feel much safer knowing we took steps to protect our property. Call them, you won’t regret it.

The team at Cherokee Tree Care is fantastic! Tim is courteous, professional and his knowledge and care for trees is obvious. His entire crew is friendly, professional and they did a fantastic job on our tree. They cleaned the site and left my yard looking better than when they arrived. Their prices are competitive. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree care services.
