Central Oregon Tree Experts

We’ve used Central Oregon Tree Experts a few times now. Highly recommend! Chip and his crew communicate well, charges are very reasonable, and the guys work very careful, clean and fast. We’ve used them for tree pruning, tree removal and stump grinding. This most recent visit, they took down two trees in a tight corner of our yard. Flanked by a flower garden on one side and a vegetable garden on the other side. The trees (2 in the back + 1 one out front) were gone in under an hour. Not a single flower was broken, and not a single tomato fell off. I am absolutely impressed.

Our experience with the crew sent out to us was fantastic!!! Chip, Braden, and Jack were professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We had various trees needing to be removed and other trees needing to be pruned. They were fast and efficient and worked well together… In a modern landscape where poor customer service is becoming the norm, these guys stand above the rest and show how your company stands way above the competition! They represent your business well and deserve a special shout out!!! Also, Joey had visited us a few times prior to this appointment. He really helped sell us on your business. His knowledge being a certified arborist made us feel at ease with getting this work done. He was very courteous and we appreciated his help. I’m giving 1 star only because the arborist and crew were polite. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was terrible. I was told the crew would arrive “sometime in the afternoon,” but they showed up first thing in the morning—very inconvenient for anyone trying to plan around work. After they left, I realized two trees on our neighbor’s side hadn’t been trimmed. I paid in full with the understanding they would come back for a recut. It’s now been over a month, and CO Tree Experts has canceled the recut three times. Each time, I’d get a late-afternoon call saying it was “too dark” to complete the job and that someone would contact me the next day to reschedule. No one ever did—I always had to follow up myself. I eventually gave up and did the recut on my own. The lack of communication and unwillingness to finish the job were extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, as a repeat customer in the past, I will never use this company again.

Joey and the crew did a great job. We had a tree hanging over the garage and house roof and they came out and trimmed it back exactly as we had discussed. They left our yard clean of debris. I would definitely use Central Oregon Tree Experts again for any tree projects without hesitation. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend - estimate and work were scheduled in a very timely manner. All staff were excellent, including office personnel who handled the billing/scheduling/paperwork, Joey who did the estimate, and Austin and crew who performed the work. They showed up on time, went through all work to be performed both before and after, were professional, courteous and did a great job! Will definitely use their services again.
