I'm an architect so, when it comes to things related to construction and landscape type work, I like to see it done efficiently and right. I had not heard of Castle's Tree Service until they did work recently for my neighbor and, I was very impressed. Since I needed a tree next to the power line removed, I decided to hire them. The way they worked was excellent. I was impressed to see them have a safety and procedures discussion on site before starting the work and, once they got going, nobody was standing around wasting time on cell phones. No large branches were allowed to fall uncontrolled onto my grass, smashing my sprinkler system, as other companies have done here over the years. The men all worked long and hard and cleaned up everything afterwards too. I have no hesitation recommending them and would use them again if I need tree work done.

Michael and crew did a fantastic job with the trimming and pruning of 5 large old trees on our Lake Palestine area home. For anyone who cares about maintaining healthy and safe trees on your property--- these are your guys! Arrived on time, stayed all day into the dark and cleaned up well. Michael is a true arborist with the knowledge to treat trees with the care they deserve. He and his well informed crew work safely and seemlessly with each other to execute a predetermined plan of where and how pruning cuts should be made. Awesome job! Will definitely have them back when next needed.

Oh my! These men are so profession. The skill level was off the charts. The tree was dead and between houses. But with accuracy and skill it was removed without Incident. And when completed they cleaned up all the debri from roofs and yard. Left my yard better than when they arrived!

We just hired Castle's Tree Service to save one of our beloved pine trees that seemed to be dying for no apparent reason. Once Michael Castle came out and explained what was happening and what could be done about it, we were very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. We decided to have him do what he could to save it and also thin out several other trees that kept dropping multiple branches with every storm. He explained what would be best for the health of each of the trees, and at the same time to best suit our needs. And he was also very accommodating with my special request. Michael's team works very well together and they are extremely well trained and have extensive experience. Estimates are very thorough, allowing for comments or adjustments and payment can be done easily online. Highly recommended. We will definitely be calling Castle's Tree Service back for any future tree work.

They are great about communicating and documenting images and notes about your trees. They show up on time! Michael is so knowledgeable, and as a true Arborist, he can guide you and give you choices based on facts. He and his team work so professionally, in unison from start to finish. They have worked on our trees four times over the years and we highly recommend them. The last tree they took down was a mighty one, but they had no trouble with it.
